Arcoris lies six kilometers from Kuala Lumpur’s city centre, in the affluent Mont’Kiara enclave. Designed by internationally-renowned architectural practice, Foster + Partners, the 1.45-million-square-foot development comprises serviced apartments, SoHo, Business suites, hotel and retail. It provides a single destination where all of these activities can converge and seamlessly co-exist. The two parallel terraced blocks of 19 and 37-storeys provide a lateral counterpoint to surrounding towers. The northern volume houses the residences, while the south-facing building contains a hotel, serviced apartments, business suites and leisure facilities. Natural ventilation is enhanced by the orientation of the parallel volumes, as well as by a series of voids within each block, which promote cross-ventilation.
