The project was conceived as an integrated development made up of a serviced apartment block and an office block. These take the form of two interlocking L-shaped, 30-storey blocks culminating in a total area of 700,000 square feet. The development was designed with the intent to create a pleasant urban place where work, leisure and habitat co-exist and complement each other and enhance the city landscape.
