1Sentrum was envisioned to be an iconic entity yet an integral part of KL Sentral. The form is derived to suit site context with the shape of the floor plate being designed to achieve maximum efficiency, maximum human comfort with minimum energy usage. The middle island core allows the office to have all round views of KL while the raised floor allowsa for flexible positioning of equipments.

1Sentrum may be a towering presence along Jalan Tun Sambanthan, but its earthly toned sunscreens subdue the impact significantly. Simple lines harmonizes the composition of colours, materials and textures to form a minimalistic and yet, majestic building.
