Nine blocks create a network of interior boulevards and alleys, cultivating community through alfresco dining and events.

Underground parking liberates the ground plane for pedestrians, reimagining street mall concepts against enclosed retail environments while blurring interior-exterior boundaries. The design embraces the street mall typology – an open air commercial environment merging traditional market sociability with retail convenience. Unlike conventional enclosed malls, spaces along walkable pathways evoke lively urban streets, creating natural gathering points where commerce and community converge.
