The development sits on a podium shared with two office towers.The tower’s facade expression extends to ground level, presenting a tall, elegant massing. Vibrant aluminum cladding creates a statement while harmonizing with the glossy commercial context.The tower’s form follows function, responding to the brief of combining two different components with separate amenities and cores. The straight configuration of the serviced residence respects the unified building line, while the hotel wing splays to minimize inward views due to proximity to neighboring office towers.

Bold modern lines emphasize verticality through strong vertical fins emerging from ground plane to crown. Dark grey glass and concrete infills between aluminum fins create elemental contrast for a residential feel. Horizontal lines at six-floor intervals break the monotony, giving the building proportional balance. Both components feature dedicated lobbies on the upper ground level with their own drop-offs, receiving luxurious themed treatment to complement the adjoining components – all within one convenient address.
