The project is the first high rise condominium in the city. It comprises 2 residential blocks – Tower A and B, each 23 and 24 storeys high respectively, sitting on a car park podium with residential amenities such as a swimming pool and gymnasium on top of it.

The architecture adopts a simple modern vernacular look, putting emphasis on generous overhangs for balconies to reduce sun glare. Architectural bandings demarcate vertical layering of units with walls punctuated with large windows and doors to allow maximum view to the surroundings.
