The development is an extension office block at the current All Asia Broadcast Center (AABC) in Bukit Jalil. The 4-storey office building is designed to housing the IT Department as well as vendors stationed outside AABC. Initially, during the conceptual stage of this project, a modular 2 storey office cabin was until it was settled for a 4-storey permanent structure. Astro Cabin 3 creates a modern and friendly workspace in an effort to foster creativity and collaboration, where its spatial planning emerges as a result of the main intent; open plan office as a symbol of transparency. The build up area of 5,787 sqm is consisting of open plan office, prayer rooms, breakout areas and mechanical rooms.
