Sales Gallery

Ativo Suites is a service apartment project located within 2.83 acres of land at Damansara Avenue, Sri Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor by TA Global Group of Companies, Indo Aman Bina Sdn Bhd. The project consists of 4 basement floors, 9 podium car parks, 1 facilities deck, 1 commercial floor, 2 residential towers (33 storeys with 1 floor of rooftop facilities and 28 storeys with 2 floor of rooftop facilities). There are a total of 668 units. The previous sales gallery is located at Parcel 2 future development’s site. Due to upgrading of the look and feel of the sales gallery, some major changes need to be done on site. These include an additional floor area for the main shed (future show unit), info gallery, bridge (connecting main sales gallery and main shed) and new toilet area configuration. Th previous design intent was more towards a bare and rustic design. To make it more elegant and exclusive, we proposed to have a 12m cantilever drop off to emphasize a sense of welcome. It was quite a challenge to maintain and conserve the current structure and building condition, while at the same time, implementing new design elements.
