Avira Garden Terraces project a vision of spacious living, peppered with green pockets, scenic vistas, and pedestrian-friendly walkways. The 1800-sqft houses are designed with an open-plan ground floor concept that promises light, space, and effortless collaboration.

Thoughtfully designed with an inward-facing layout, the configuration of the house is an L-shaped plan that leads to a private garden. Breaking away from the typical way of designing a terrace block, the L-shaped layout offers wide frontage, blending boundaries between indoors and outdoors through a private courtyard, back garden, and terraced deck that seamlessly blends into a communal linear garden. The different arrangements of the terrace house types give a pleasantly varied appearance in the overall facade.
