CapSquare Office Tower is located within the CapSquare development situated along Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Kuala Lumpur.

It consists of a 4–storey high entrance lobby with 41 floors of occupied levels. There are 3 levels of plant room area – first on level 25 & 25 Mezzanine and 2 levels at the top most floors.

The entrance is embraced with a canopy that is constructed of a steel support structure and glass panels with clear and opaque interlays.
