We are seeking a talented Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning, design development, and execution, capable of managing complex projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and interpret design concepts in alignment with client briefs and project goals.
- Prepare architectural drawings, models, and documents to support design development and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist in project coordination and ensure smooth project progress.
- Take ownership of specific design areas under the guidance of the project leader.
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Ensure design compliance with local regulations, including building codes and technical guidelines.
- Manage large, multidisciplinary projects while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and adherence to GDP Architect's protocols.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of architectural experience, particularly in healthcare, data centers, residential, hospitality, or retail projects.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian building codes, planning regulations, and technical design standards.
- Proven ability to make informed design decisions and effectively communicate design concepts.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to direction.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (experience with additional 3D modeling tools is a plus).
