Architectural CAD Operator

We are seeking an Architectural CAD Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting BIM-implemented projects through architectural documentation, including design development, construction, and authorities submission drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce architectural design, construction, and authorities submission drawings.
- Support BIM-implemented projects through accurate and timely CAD/BIM documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate drawings in accordance with project and local authority requirements.
- Collaborate with architects and project teams to resolve drawing and documentation issues.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on BIM-implemented projects.
- Proficient in Vectorworks.
- Experience with architectural design, construction, and authorities submission drawings.
- Knowledge of local authorities submission processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
