We are looking for an Inspector of Works to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and progress of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in construction supervision, and registered as an Inspector of Works (IOW).
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect construction works to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Perform quality control checks and monitor construction progress on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Identify and report issues, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors on-site to resolve construction-related matters.
- Attend site testings and ensure proper documentation.
- Record work progress and prepare inspection reports.
Qualifications
- Registered Inspector of Works (IOW) with relevant certification.
- Experience in construction supervision is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
