Resident Architect

We are seeking an experienced Resident Architect to support our project delivery team during the construction phase. This role is responsible for overseeing architectural matters on site, ensuring construction is carried out in accordance with the approved design, specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the project team and Contract Administrator on architectural matters during construction.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor architectural works for quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Issue site memos and assist in managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Resolve architectural issues arising during construction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant site and construction experience.
- Degree in Architecture (Part II or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, site coordination and contract documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
