Senior Inspector of Works (Architectural)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Inspector of Works to support the site team in monitoring the quality and compliance of architectural works throughout construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors and the project team on site issues.
- Issue site memos and assist in managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Maintain accurate inspection records and site documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Registered as an Inspector of Works (IOW) with LAM.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and quality standards.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
