The Tanjung Pinang Development is a headland and multi-island reclamation project in the Tanjung Tokong area of Penang Island. Only 5km northwest of the Georgetown CBD area, Tanjung Pinang, the single largest planned development on the island, will do more than redefine the Penang coastline. This landmark project will stimulate the capital appreciation of its environs and set new standards for the island’s recreational waterfront and marine lifestyle.

In Phase 1, 240-acres of reclaimed land will be developed into a mixed development, consisting of condominiums, bungalows, terrace homes and apartments with lush landscaping. Other components such as commercial lots make up the main attraction. These include a marina, envisaged to become a hub for the project and a new destination on the island.
