Ativo Suites is a service apartment project on 2.83 acres of land in Damansara Avenue, Petaling Jaya. It has 4 basement floors, 9 podium car parks, 1 facilities deck, 1 commercial floor, 2 residential towers with 33 and 28 storeys respectively. There are 668 units. To upgrade the sales gallery at Parcel 2, a main shed, info gallery, bridge and restroom areas needed to be modified. The previous design was bare and rustic; we proposed a 12m cantilever drop off for a more elegant, exclusive feel. The challenge was to maintain and conserve the current structure and building condition while implementing the new design.
