The geographical factor has fertilise the site and makes it rich with natural ecologies and lush greeneries emblished by the existence of alluring neighboring public park like KL Lake Gardens.

This whole development inclusive of Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) building, Asia School of Business (ASB) Campus and residence.
