2007 – Kuala Lumpur
With the site being situated within a valley, a solution was devised that was to place the entire development on a deck. This approach was both architecturally and economically advantageous as the abundance of car parking required for the massive development could be neatly tucked under a landscaped deck.
Further capitalising on the natural topography of the site, the swimming pool and pavilion are strategically placed towards the centre of the valley where it is at its deepest. All at once, this creates a focal point for the development and dictates the orientation of the apartment blocks.
Located on the fringe of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, Seri Maya is well equipped with modern day conveniences, fantastic views and the excitement of a notably discerning metropolitan lifestyle.
