The design of Conlay Place evokes a sophisticated urban resort in the heart of a vibrant tropical metropolis. Situated between the Kuala Lumpur city centre and the Royal Selangor Golf Course, the striking architectural form dynamically rotates to capture select views of the city skyline and surrounding parklands.The 52-storey structure is punctuated by three sky decks that separate the screened carpark at the base of the tower from the private apartments in the middle and the serviced apartments above. These distinct vertical zones are contained within a unifying screen grid that responds to the tropical climate with deep overhangs to protect the interior from rain and sun.
