Soft landscaping and water bodies help reduce heat, cooling the building naturally.The large courtyards maximize daylight and ventilation, and most rooms offer direct views of the outdoors through large windows. The 7-storey atrium encourages cross and stack ventilation, minimizing the need for air conditioning.
